Troy Hackett is vice president of enterprise risk management and process development for Wilbur-Ellis Company, a leading international marketer and distributor of agricultural products, animal feed and specialty chemicals and ingredients. Troy manages risk across several portfolios; he oversees traditional risk management, regulatory and governmental affairs, business intelligence - analytics, environmental, health, safety, security and sustainability, supply chain, product regulatory, quality assurance and non-financial audit. He has more than 20 years’ experience in diverse industries including natural gas processing, wood and paper production, window coverings manufacturing/fabrication, commission services in zoos, national parks, stadiums and arenas, hospitals, correctional facilities, K-12 and college campuses, and business facilities. He worked at ARAMARK, and has helped organizations design and integrate custom solutions to complex risk profiles. Troy has a bachelor’s in industrial safety from Central Missouri State University, and an MBA from Breanu University.
